Windows 10: Microsoft Authenticator Data Lost

Hi everyone, A challenging question here, I was using Microsoft Authenticator on my previous phone and have now bought a new one, installed everything on the new smartphone, and I realized that after the log-in and recovery on the Microsoft Authenticator, I did lose all the 2-step verification code generator. At that point was already too late to go back to my old phone because I had performed a Factory Rest already. Now I had the possibility to restore some of them, but others, like the Instagram one, are impossible to deal with without the generator that was present on the old phone. Are the

Lost my phone and my Microsoft Authenticator data

I have lost my phone and along with it my authenticator data. I don't believe I had backed up my linked accounts assuming that I would be able to access them on another device if required by simply logging in.

Unfortunately, despite logging in via the email id I had originally signed up with, I am unable to re-link my previous accounts. Because of this I can't login to those accounts which are extremely important to me.

Is there any way in which I can gain access to my previous authenticator data (perhaps by proving my identity, etc)?

Shouldn't Microsoft account for such instances and provide a way to re-access lost data?
