Windows 10: Microsoft Authenticator inlogprobleem

Mijn vriendin moet via haar werk inloggen op microsoft authenticator nu heb ik het eerst op mijn telefoon gezet en daarna zonder backup verwijderd, maar nu krijg ik het niet op haar telefoon omdat ik een qr code moet scannen, maar die kan ik niet vinden, heeft iemand de oplossing, anders kom ik er dus niet in, het kan via een code, maar dat werkt ook niet , bedankt alvast
