Windows 10: Microsoft Authenticator?

I set up Microsoft Authenticator and liked it and decided to start adding more accounts like Amazon, twitter etc. Then I got to thinking, what happens if the phone gets lost or stolen and I need a new phone? If I install the app on another phone, will I be able to access my accounts again?
