    What application are you trying to download? Here's the
    link     for you on how to use your Microsoft Band 2. Just make sure that you downloaded the Microsoft Health app from Microsoft store and start pairing you Microsoft band.

    If service support from Microsoft is the bench mark of the industry-the world is screwed! If the going gets a little tough for Microsoft Support, the customer is sent to the back of the line awaiting assistance from Microsoft Support (an oxymoron? yep!).
