Windows 10: Microsoft Basic Render Driver

I just got an ibuypower desktop with a gtx 1060 and an i7 8700. I tried running cs:go on it through steam, but it said that my microsoft basic render driver does not support the game. However, I didn't experience any issues with fortnite. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of the display parts, it didn't work. What should I do?

[HELP]My Graphics card is "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" instead of the ACTUAL one

I came across a problem about 2 days ago when installing updates. I went to play a game and it was super laggy and upon launching other games it gave me errors. I reinstalled my operating system because of this one problem so i tried again and still was
laggy and gave me the same error so I searched up how to fix it. Turns out it is an update "KB2795944" so since i reinstalled my operating system I cannot roll back the update because it was not there.I neeed somekind
of way to fix it I came to conclusion that i need the "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" uninstalled.Also My Graphics card driver is up to date and works but get this it worked for me the day before i got the errors so its the "Microsoft Basic Render Driver"
that is causing the problem

GTX 750 Ti

i5 4570 3.2Ghz

Hard 1Tb / SSD 240 Gb

When i try to start Crossout or CS:GO game , it says this FATAL Error. Microsoft Basic Render Driver detected as primary device. Please install correct drivers for your GPU.

+PUBG has lower FPS than earlier..

Have been reinstalling drivers using Geforce Experience, installed older driver.. Doesn't help either!

What to do?
