Windows 10: Microsoft Bing opens on top of my desktop

I have published this problem before and the moderator told me what to do to remove it. Well, that didn't work. Here is what is happening: I turn on my screen and my desktop appears, then I get Microsoft Bing on top of my desktop. I can "x" out in the upper right corner and Bing goes away and I have my desktop. If my screen goes to sleep and I wake it up I get my desktop and then Bing opens on top of my desktop.Here is a screenshot of what I get.

My suggestion is this: Stop trying to use Bing desktop it's **** anyway. If all you want is the Bing picture on your desktop just go to windows store and download "Daily Picture". After download open app and click settings and set as wallpaper and or lock
screen. These are all the same Bing pictures as you get with the desk top.

 

When I click once on Microsoft edge to go to my Bing homepage it opens up 3 windows instead of just one in windows 10

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

1. Open the bing.com then try to click on gear icon on right top corner of bing search.

2. Select settings then scroll down then select region try to change accordingly.

3. Follow the on screen instructions.
