Windows 10: Microsoft blocks System Mechanic from updating. Why?

Microsoft keeps blocking my Spyware from System Mechanic every time and I update it. Shuts it down blocks my icon telling me I can no longer use it. How can I fix this and get whatever is doing this blocked and stop messing up my System Mechanic repairs? I am getting sick of having to remove my software and reinstall every time I want to use it, because Windows 10 does not like it.

Outlook and System Mechanic

Interestingly, I uninstalled System Mechanic, uninstalled and reinstalled Office 365 (including Outlook), without resolution. I then contacted Dell and spent 2 hours allowing remote access, with no solution except to contact Microsoft for a "software patch".
I then spent 2 hours allowing Microsoft remote access, with no solution except to suggest maybe I had some malware that wasn't being picked up by my Norton antivirus. I finally had to bid adieu so I could get some sleep, and I guess I'll contact them again
later to continue the saga - still no solution.

 

System Mechanic Pro Crash Logs

I've noticed the same issue since System Mechanic wanted to install an update. Iolo.com support suggested reinstalling the app, but it did no good. They have not responded to further inquiries about how to fix the problem. It's very annoying.

Microsoft do not recommend you use software like iolo System Mechanic on your PC. Because Windows 10 updates so often, it is hard for those software companies to keep up with the system file changes and also the registry changes

Those types of software the say they will keep your PC clean and running fast, rarely do and will sometimes even brick your PC so bad that Windows cannot be recovered

If you do want to continue using that software, then the System Mechanic forum would be the best place to query the functionality of that utility . .
