Windows 10: Microsoft bluetooth keyboard num. pad

Hi!


I have just bought a Microsoft bluetooth keyboard and it looks great. The problem is that in the numeric pad you don't have a "num. lock" key and instead you have a "clear" key. I haven't been able to unlock the pad so I can't write numbers there. I can't also find how to do it on the internet.

Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard Toggling Num lock/Scroll lock

Have just purchased the Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard and have been unable to work out how to toggle Num lock.

I spend much of my time writing software and being able to use the number pad is essential to navigate through code when editing.

Looking through documentation online there is no instructions on how to toggle num lock.

Using the onscreen keyboard to turn num lock off, I see that the Bluetooth keyboard is sending through a turn on numlock when pressing keys on the number pad.

Is there a way to toggle numlock on this keyboard or will I need to purchase another product if this functionality is required?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Microsoft Sculp Keyboard num pad issues

Maybe somebody had same issue. Recently bought from Amazon and shipped to Moldova Microsoft Sculp Ergonomic Keyboard whole bundle with mouse and num pad. And last weeks i noticed strange behavior in num pad. Each key when i press it makes the noise as if
some plastic membrane in underneath each key. And also each press is kind of sticky. After pressing few times, it becomes normal, but the the same pressing depth and fill as on the keyboard itself.

Maybe there is a way to restore it, if not how can i get warranty for that issue?

Would appreciate any help, since i like that product very much and want it to work properly.
