Windows 10: Microsoft Bluetooth mice 3600 problems with buttons

Has anyone else experienced problems with the buttons on Microsoft 3600 bluetooth mice? I have 3 of them, one for my mac, pc and work machines. At first the one on my mac would not always respond immediately to button presses. I thought it was the computer and changed it to a wired mouse which fixed the issue. Now the same is happening to another MS 3600 mouse on my work machine - this time I changed over to a different manufacturer bluetooth mouse and its perfect. I'm beginning to think there's a problem with the lifetime of the buttons on these MS mice..... Simon

Do let us know if you have tried the below:

• Have you turned on the mouse while connecting via Bluetooth?
• Were you able to connect any other devices via Bluetooth to your laptop?
• What is the complete error message of this issue?

Step 1: I suggest you to download the driver for the mouse from the below link, try to install and check if it helps.

Choose the appropriate operating system and try to install the software.
