  2. MRT_HB or MRT_ERROR_HB or MRT.exe runs daily instead of multiple times daily

@Brian, thanks for your post, I look forward to hearing how your problem turns out. I won't be able to post for a while due to obligations, and despite no news from PaulSey..., I feel I'd better post what has gone on since my last post.

@PaulSey...please let me know when I can expect my problem to be fixed!

Tonight I first snapped Task Scheduler library/.../Microsoft/Windows/Removal Tools:

  3. MRT_HB or MRT_ERROR_HB or MRT.exe runs daily instead of multiple times daily

@ Brian: I am dying to know if your old laptop is doing what my desktop is doing. I'm under the impression from what PaulSey...has told me last that MRT.exe is supposed to run once a month on a computer with Windows 10. MRT_HB is to check the heartbeat daily
and the heartbeat report is sent weekly. I am not sure my computer is doing that. I will show what is in the log from May 7 to today May 15.
