    Microsoft business suite accounts stops working after some days of use


    Hi, I have my business productivity and communication services through an account on Microsoft 365. We use Teams, Outlook, Office apps, ToDo, Edge, and more. On my computer, this is the third time that I've experienced a service interruption with my business account services. I had factory reset my PC thinking it was an issue with the PC and it got fixed, but after some days, the issue reappeared, as it happened today. It's strange because any service connected to Microsoft for business account services stops working and gives weird errors like "https 404," etc. I don't think it's the firew

    Changing Microsoft personal account to business account

    A number of years ago I thought I created a Microsoft account for my business but it is listed a personal account. Every time I set up a new computer I consider creating a new business account but I want to access my subscriptions so I continue to use this account. I have since come to understand that the business account is better suited for my business (security, etc.) Can I switch this existing account account to a business account?
