Windows 10: Microsoft call from 00 31 497 681 896, today morning 07/12/2018

Hi,


Today morning, 07/12/2018, I was contacted by "Microsoft" telling that my private pc has been hacked. Understanding this call was awful, due to her lousy english accent. It seems to be an accent from India or others neighbors countries. Also, she tried to do some interaction with my private pc. But I was at work and we postponed that "intervention".

I've searched at microsoft support and it seems that is a scam to steel personnal informations.

I would like to have your feedback about this matter.

I tried Universal Serial Bus Controllers, then MTP USB Device, which appears to have worked.

Is my computer still operable with this error or has it been hacked?
