Windows 10: Microsoft Cashback Won't Let Me Redeem - 500 Internal Server Error

I haven't been able to redeem my Microsoft Cashback since November of 2024. I've tried multiple browsers AND devices AND multiple browsers on those devices - all 500 Internal Server Errors on "Sending Verification Code" but it never gets sent. Just spins there indefinitely. Microsoft won't get back to me, and I can't find a phone number to call to help get this resolved. I've had multiple service requests. One even said it got fixed, and I still can't redeem my cashback.
