Windows 10: Microsoft charged me $0.99 14 times in the past week?

My Microsoft services are through school and work so they should be free and I'm not sure how my card was accessed but I don't think I ever gave it out and from what I can tell from my settings I don't have any payment options listed. It's labeled as POS DEBIT Microsoft*Store msbill.info. I haven't been able to find any information on what this means or why they charged me 15 dollars on separate charges.

i just find it rediculous that they charge $99 for a one time fix..... $25 i could understand but $99?!?! nah

 

Memory use shoots up to 99% after idle time

I'm facing this problem in the last few days. Memory use according to Task Manager goes up to 99%, CPU reaches 80% and the PC becomes almost totally unresponsive.

Based on similar threads I installed RAMMap and here's what is shown.




I installed Poolmon and ran it and this is what I get.




Please note that the first entry does not show a tag. Is this normal?

According to the rest of the listing I should investigate Volsnap.sys and atc.sys. Could you advise what are the next steps?

 

0% availability (plugged in, charging)

If the battery is old it might have run its course but if that's not the can do the following to check what the problem

Computer laptop that is plugged in but not charging

• Shutdown the laptop
• Remove the battery ( note some batteries cannot easily be removed you may need to consult your laptop manual on how to remove them)
• Clean the battery and terminals with a dry clean cloth
• Put the battery back
• Turn on the laptop
• If it still say plugged in but not charging dont panick continue to follow more steps below
