Windows 10: Microsoft Chat Support disappeared and Phone Support does not act// no help with reactivation

Hello guys,some 2 years ago, Chat Support was still accessible via my Microsoft account; I even saved the links, which used to lead me straight into a chat Window. Now, however, I am no longer to open the links they just lead to the usual Support page and even from the Support page, despite saying "Chat to an Agent", I am just being redirected to an "An agent will call you page". The problem here is, most of the time even after hours NO agent calls me. I was lucky enough to get hold of two of them recently, as, after a mb-change, my Win11 Pro is no longer activated, despite my key having b

Microsoft Live Chat Support or Help with Issue

I am going crazy trying to find how to contact Microsoft Live Chat Support. The reason is I cannot figure out how to change my 2-step email login verification settings to send the code to my phone. Right now it is sending it to my alternate email. please help - thx

You have to go through a few bits but you should end up on a page where you type in, briefly, your issue, several suggest links may appear that may help you but the 'Get Help' button should become active.
