Windows 10: Microsoft Chat support is broken

Hi there,I bought a brand new Microsoft computer with Windows 11.The Windows 11 install did not work properly.After a month, someone in support tried to help and broke the computer even more.Now I cannot access chat support at all because the agent broke it. The Microsoft support agent immediately hung up and closed the ticket when they realized they broke the computer more.I have started over a hundred new tickets and the agents close them within 5 minuted minutes every time.I am desperately trying to have a functional computer following Microsoft staff breaking it.Again, chat support is bro

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.

Steps to contact chat support.

Step 1. Visit the site by
clicking on this link. On the top right corner, you will find a ‘Sign In’. Sign in with same account you use on your phone. Note : The link will take you to the US site. Even if you are from another country, do not worry about it.



Step 2. Select the phone platform – windowsphone 7 or windowsphone 8. This is very important. If you are not sure about your platform, go to Settings > About on your phone. This will you give you the platform details.



Step 3. Under ‘Category’, select Billing + Payment (Store), from the drop down list.



Step 4. Then select ‘Contact Us’



Step 5. You should now be in the page that says ‘Chat’. Press the big blue button to start chatting with a support person. Note - It is possible that the button might show up in red colour. Every time the author of this wiki tried
