    Enter on keypad " no. + # "

petrib is correct. It is a shortcut to SIM numbers.

Numbers on your SIM might not be in the position you think. Just because they appear sorted in alphabetical order in the contacts list doesn't mean that they appear in that same order on the SIM. On the SIM they appear in the order in which you input them,
unless you delete a number in which case the next one entered takes its place.

There's something make me crazy :s
When I click a certain number on keypad on any NOKIA mobile
Then click the symbol " # ", then a number of
a contact "in my contact list" will be appeared.

Microsoft claims "no known ransomware" runs on Windows 10 S

Microsoft didn't say Windows 10 S was unhackable. They said that no known version of Ransomware can successfully attack a Windows 10 S machine, which is completely true. The ZDNet article described a manual, human driven process to install potential malware.

In other words, nothing that is currently in the wild will infect a 10 S machine automatically.

That's not saying much though. Since new malware could be written to specifically target 10 S, but it's doubtful anyone will bother since 10 S will likely have a pretty small percentage of users.
