Windows 10: Microsoft closed my Hotmail that linked with tons of bank accounts ... online agents just...

I changed my Microsoft account login alias from the original hotmail to a gmail. Then the hotmail mailbox is gone!!Tried different "self-resolve" portals: recover email/account email not recognized, add the hotmail back as logging alias domain is preserved. I asked two agents for help, they are careless, robot-like, repeated, not willing to help.First, they went though all self-resolve links like what I've done, and then they tell me the same sentence: "The Microsoft account is managed by automatic server, and we do not have manual access to it. so, the only solution we can provide to you

I don't want my hotmail linked to my Microsoft account

I close out of my Hotmail or so I think and then tried to send a secure message through my bank and my Hotmail pops up opened. I cannot send a secure message via this and need to be able to close off my Hotmail. I don't want my Hotmail linked to my Microsoft
account and really don't want a Microsoft account.
