Windows 10: Microsoft Cloud Skill Challenge

I completed this challenge and I received the email to redeem the free certification exam. I click 'Claim Now', then on the next page I click 'eligible exams', after that I select 'AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator', on the next page I scroll down and click on 'Schedule exam', then it brings me to a login page. I enter the email address I used for the account I used for this challenge and it just tells me that my account doesn't exist. This happens no matter how many times I try it. Meanwhile, in another tab in the same browser, I am logged to a Microsoft account attached to this exact ema
