Windows 10: Microsoft Color Management System "The Parameter is Incorrect"

I'm trying to set my HDR Advanced ICC Profile to Default in Windows Color Management, but I get an error pop up message that says "The parameter is incorrect".I believe this problem first started when I tried creating a lot of Advanced ICC Profiles to figure out which would work best for my monitor. I've tried deleting all of my ICC Profiles, restarting my computer, running scannow commands in CMD, fresh installing GPU Drivers, but it's still giving me the same error.

The error "This Parameter is incorrect" usually happens because of a system or disk errors. To isolate this issue, we suggest running CHKDSK using the command prompt. Running CHKDSK
can check the integrity of a hard disk and can repair various file system errors. To run CHKDSK follow these steps:

• Plug in external hard drive, USB drive or memory card to the computer.
• Press Windows Key + X and then select Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt window, type chkdsk E: /f /r. You should replace E with the drive letter of your external hard drive or external device.
• Restart your PC once the process is done.

Receiving "The hosted network couldn't be started. The parameter is incorrect." message is usually received if the virtual adapter is disabled when enabling a hosted network. Try enabling the virtual adapter in Device Manager and check if
it helps.

Here's how:

• Press the Windows key + X, and then click Device
  Manager.
• Click on View, and then Show hidden devices.
• Under Network adapters, you will see a virtual adapter.
  Right-click on it, and then click Enable.
