Windows 10: Microsoft Compact Designer Keyboard Volume Buttons F3/F4 Issues

I have recently purchased a Microsoft Comact Designer Keyboard and was enjoying it thoroughly.Unfortunately, the Volume Up & Down Hotkeys Keys F2 & F3 respectively stopped working.Example: When I try to use them while typing in this post it automatically highlights the URL for some reason.Steps I have taken:1. Turned Bluetooth On and Off Issues Persists2. Forgotten Keyboard and ReconnectedIssue Persists3. Attached a different Bluetooth Keyboard from Logitech This works including both volume up and down hotkeys4. Updated Windows with most recent UpdatesIssue Persists5. Updated Drivers

Function key F2 F3 F4 are not working

My keyboard had fallen on the floor a few days ago, and since then my f2 f3 f4 are not working.

Specifically, my f3 is working as searching instead of volume up. So I think my keyboard is not broken.

Please help, it struggles me for a while.

 

Microsoft Designer Keyboard issues on Windows 10

Just bought the Microsoft Designer Keyboard and Mouse today, and i'm already having the exact same issues as everyone above:

- No shortcut keys (volume, play/pause, etc..);

- Every time i press one of the shortcut keys, the keyboard constantly freezes and then displays the last 15 characters pressed;

I've done all the steps suggested and everything is still not working.

If i don't solve this issue until the end of this week i'm returning my Microsoft Designer back.

 

Microsoft designer compact keyboard no connected

I have Designer Compact Keyboard which works fine on Linux system on the same machine. However, on windows 11 it pairs and works fine the first time but when doing system reboot, it just pairs but doesn't connect. I also have Microsoft ergonomic mouse which works fine after reboot. I looked around and tried multiple solutions but with no luck. Now, when I go to settings>Bluetooth & devices> Designer Compact Keyboard it says Paired only.
