    Can I install 64 bit of Windows 10 on a quad core PC?

    Original title: Odd 32 bit - 64 bit processor question.

    I bought a quad core PC that came from the factory with a 32 bit OS. I was wondering if this factory screw up would be fixed in the upgrade to windows 10?

    I am using Windows 7 "32 bit" (64 bit capable), Microsoft had just confirmed that after upgrade to Windows 10, users can do clean install windows any time, so when I'm on Windows 10 32 bit (after upgrade) can I do a clean install using a iso and use the
