Windows 10: Microsoft > Crypto > RSA > MachineKeys Pathway in System32?

I just found this pathway in my folders; Local Disk > Windows > System32 > Microsoft > Crypto > RSA > MachineKeys, on Windows 10 Pro 22H2I'm confused at its existence because the Crypto folder does not exist in System32 on my other device. The Crypto folder is dated to the 22nd of September, at 7:19:25pmthis aligns with when the "IKE and Authip IPsec Keying Modules" Service set itself to Automatic and I received several events in the 'Windows Firewall with Advanced Security > ConnectionSecurity" log, all referring to Xbox Live and new Xbox Live authentication rules I do n

Windows 10 update killed my Homegroup

To
resolve your issue with joining Homegroup in Windows 10, we
suggest you follow the steps below:

• 
  Open
  cmd
  with admin permissions and run
  netsh winsock reset.
  
• 
  Navigate to
  C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\ and then rename
  MachineKeys folder
  to MachineKeys.old.
  
  Create a new folder
  MachineKeys
  in the same location (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\)and right click the
  MachineKeys folder, select
  Properties
  and click
  Security
  tab then set
  Full Control
  permissions to
  Users (username).
