Windows 10: Microsoft cumulative updates issue KB4592440

Hello,I decided to check what build is my windows 10. I ran “winver” command and found that I have version 1809 OS Build 17763.1579. My windows update service showed that everything is up-to-date. Then I found this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/november-17-2020-kb4594442-os-build-17763-1579-out-of-band-6fde7fa7-086e-098e-a0f9-ccf568e7cd2b and I saw that there are many more available updates for version 1809. So I tried to open the next available update:https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/december-8-2020-kb4592440-os-build-17763-1637-expired-9181daf2-e180-b711-162

AND for Poor People in POOR countries with poor internet speed and budget /bandwidth problems

10 x 100mb downloads spread out over time for these people may be do'able
1x 1 gig cumulative Download may in those circumstances be not possable

Not Every one has or can afford mega Bandwidth for these mega updates

ESPECIALLY IF MICROSOFT'S UPDATE fu&KS YOUR pC and your left to redownload

TIME TO grab your indignation sticks and riot, because Microsoft has taken away one of the main things that made keeping Windows 7 and 8 attractive.

Starting in October 2016, Windows 7 and 8.1 (Windows 8 being the defunct ginger stepchild) will receive cumulative updates once a month instead of individual ones.

You may recall that this was a trick already used by Microsoft to bury a version of its GWX nagware last year, secreted as it was inside an important security update.

Cumulative update issue

Hello!

As usual I checked for updates.. it showed a list to download and install.. After downloading, windows failed to install cumulative update for windows version 1909.. I tried to solve by using 'Have a question' option.. I tried every steps which were mentioned
in 'Get Help' window.. still no solution..

it shows

"There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later.

2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4528760) - Error 0x80073701"

please help me to solve this issue..
