Windows 10: microsoft customer care chat just hung in between

i was chatting with the customer support to get my issue resolved, he ended the chat saying this download will take time and he said i can contact the other with same issue using my case no. or link that he provided. after downloading when i again wanted to join the chat i cannot type anything but from other end they were writing i tried for 2 hours but i could not type anything as if they have locked my chat box. now i am all stuck i between the thing i dont know. and they are not helping i already told the guy just help me fix whatever it is as its very important for me right now and i can

Can i chat or call the microsoft customer care in india? A chat would be best.

Before moving on i want to know whether i can ask questions freely to the answer desk or are their limitations ?

I had a question which was really important and crucial for me but its a violation of Microsoft Community's Code Of Conduct

Thus i am asking contact numbers for the customer care.Can i ask the question to the answer desk freely , its a very important matter and if i couldnt get help , i should probably sent my pc again to the computer centre which would cost me money.

Please tell me the numbers to chat or call the customer care and whether there are limitations.

 

background (wallpaper) seems to be hung


I see on my background a picture from a series of pictures I wanted for a slide show. Went to Settings/Personalization/Backgrond and followed the steps once upon a time and I think it worked? Anyway, now the app appears to be hung and I don't know how to get it working. I've tried going through the settings and can change the background (behind the slideshow) color but nothing else. I found your forum and tried many of the ideas suggested to no avail. Can someone suggest how to get it working again?

 

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.
