Windows 10: Microsoft cutting your internet for updates

Why does microsoft cut your internet when you refuse an update? Ive seen them say its not them but this is provable. One its not my internet provider because how do you think i am posting this message. I can use any device just fine. But my laptop wont. Ive tested this with multiple computers and the result is the same every time. I reject an update internet fails immediately after i accept the update it works just fine. Someone explain how thats not Microsofts update causing this issue. As ive stated ive tested this on multiple computers on different networks and its always the same. It CLEAR

Microsoft Internet Explorer renamed to Windows Internet Explorer ?




Since version 7 of the world`s most popular web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer was silently renamed to Windows Internet Explorer.Such a step from Microsoft is not a surprise since Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operation system for a long time.Obviously Microsoft corp. wants to state that Internet Explorer is already considered as a part of Windows and not as an external browser (remember the IE and WMP law issues last year!?).

• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
