Microsoft deducted R159 from my bank account yesterday and I did not buy anything or subsccribed to anything? How do I get my money back?

I see my bank account is deducted Ksh 60 and I have no idea of what all this money for

We are a community of Windows users who try to help each other with questions about using Windows. No one here has any idea why your bank account was deducted, nor do we have any way to find out. If you suspect the deduction was fraudulent, I suggest that you contact your bank.

 

i have a deduction from my Credit Card from microsoft and not mine

i have a deduction from my Credit Card from microsoft - and i have checked all my accounts - not the Time for renewal of any of my account services. - bank said we have no infomation.

I am constantly having money deducted from my bank account with the content "Payment for goods and services at Ecom Microsoft*Store Singapore SGP" even though I have not made any transactions on the Microsoft Store at all. I also checked my order history and the list was empty.
