Windows 10: Microsoft Defender Anti Virus Issue, Trojan Virus Severe not being quarantined or removed.

Microsoft Defender AntiVirus says my Surface Book 2 is infected with Trojan:Win32/Phish!ml . I have run Full Scan twice and Offline Scan twice and it still says that the virus is act. Both times I did the Offline Scan I was required to enter the BitLocker key to get access back to the Surface Book. I then ran Microsoft Safety Scanner 64 bit version, it ran for 2 hours, and then reported that no viruses or other problematic files were found. I am all UpToDate with my software, I am running Windows 10, my browser is Microsoft Edge. My Windows Firewall and Defender AntiVirus are always tur

Windows Defender Trojan virus

Windows Defender caught and isolated a Trojan virus that attacked my laptop. I have performed health scans, all updates, removed quarantined threats, run Windows Defender offline, but every time I open my computer, Windows Defender informs me that they
have detected this virus again. Help! How can I stop it from trying to attack my computer?

Hello, I'd like to know how to get out
of the quarantine a file in Windows 10
Defender. The anti-virus program
has quarantined cd-roms images and programming
source files for only one "suspect"
file by him and not by other
anti-virus. So I'd like to
recover these files and clean / remove the virus
it myself rather than lose the /
iso / archive full for because they are
irreplaceable files.

 

Trojan in Allowed Items and Quarantines

Windows Defender detected a Trojan Virus on a full scan. When I reviewed the history it indicated that the Trojan was in "allowed threats" as well as in "quarantined threats." How could that happen? How can I find out if the virus was removed?
