Windows 10: Microsoft Defender Antivirus - Engine Version not matching

Hello, about two/three days ago my Engine Version of Microsoft Defender Antivirus was changed to : 1.1.25020.1007 as seen on the pic below.However, the latest version I can find anywhere online for the engine is : 1.1.25010.7Nothing changed beside that, updates on the app are still happening and keeping in date with the latest ones, it's just the engine.I've tried downloading manually the latest verion from the official Microsoft page to fix it and the command to clear cache and such as they recommend but it didn't change anything And yes my Antivirus Version is now 1.423.291.0 too, like the

Defender AntiVirus

There are 4 options under Defender. Two refer to AntiVirus; AntiVirus Network Inspection Service & AntiVirus Services. Under Startup Type these two are listed as manual and the Status column said Inspection Service is running. When I clicked on the Start
button in Properties, I got an immediate message: "Win.. Def.. Anti.. Serv.. on local comp.. started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

 

Microsoft Defender VS Microsoft Defender Antivirus?

Today, I uninstalled the Microsoft Defender app on my device.

However, in Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Security providers, Microsoft Defender Antivirus is listed as my Antivirus.

When I click on "Open app" for Microsoft Defender Antivirus, it just redirects me to Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.

1. Is Microsoft Defender Antivirus different from the Microsoft Defender app?

2. Is my device still being protected?

For context, I do not have any third party antivirus programs installed on my device right now,

and I never signed into the Microsoft Defender app with my Microsoft account,

nor do I have a Microsoft 365 subscription.
