Windows 10: Microsoft Defender chrashing issue

I have a question. My Windows 11 23H2 crashes when I try to scan a file for viruses with Windows Defender. This happens even with a different antivirus. The DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command did not solve it, and sfc /scannow also did not solve it. My system is fully up to date. Can someone give me a solution? I can’t complete a 100% antivirus scan with Microsoft Defender because it gives me a Blue Screen Of Death with this info Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power and my psu is new. It’s so annoying. Please, can someone help me? Thank you.

This issue might occur if you have set any task scheduler for Windows Defender.

I suggest you to delete the task for Windows defender and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

  Search and open Schedule tasks.
  
• 
  In the left-hand menu, open the Task Scheduler Library, then select
  Microsoft >Windows >Windows Defender.
  
• 
  Double-click Windows Defender Scheduled Scan.
  
• 
  Select the Triggers panel, then select Delete.

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter

  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
