Windows 10: Microsoft Defender Showing blank.

I have had this problem for a while now, i try and go onto microsoft defender but it comes up with these words: 'Security at a glance'. nothing comes up except from those words its confusing. I have searched up how to fix this problem but nothing helpful came up.My operating system is windows 10 and im on a laptop.I have downloaded 3rd party Antivirus softwares before maybe thats something todo with it. when ever i try and scan a file using microsoft defender it says: 'Page not available, Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas on this app.' Even though im the only one who has a

I suggest you to follow the steps below:

• Type defender in the search box.
• Click on update.
• Check for the date on which defender is being updated.
• If the recent date is mentioned then it will not show in the Automatic Updates.
• Also click on update definition and check if any update is pending.

windows right click menu shows blank

Defender updates no longer shown

Sorry but I just want to see Defender updates listed in my update history. Updates for office 2010 etc are shown so why not Windows Defender?
