Microsoft deleted my files on OneDrive - is there a way to get it all back forgot all about it, but I had so much stuff there?I found the email a while back ago and it's been a while, but I seem to have my account still. Photos deleted from gallery, deleted on Onedrive

It sounds like your photos deleted from gallery have also been deleted on Onedrive.

First I suggest you try to check maybe the Deleted Galary on your phone to see if it's possible to get deleted photos back. Then you may try to visit the OneDrive website to see if the photos you synced are there. If not, you may follow the steps listed on this link | Find lost or missing files in OneDrive (microsoft.com) to see if they could be found back.

Onedrive keeping secret copies of deleted files

Good morning all,

I have a security issue with Onedrive.

- I delete files on my phone, or move them out of my Onedrive using my phone. Using the app.
- Then I delete the contents of my online Onedrive recycle bin (which contains the files I previously deleted). Using my browser.

One would think the files are gone.

But when firing up my notebook a week later I still get the option to restore the files.

Seems impossible to delete files in a secure way because Onedrive always keeps a copy in a secret hidden place,
