    MICROSOFT BOMBARD ME WITH 2 IDENTICAL UPGRADE ADVERTS EVERY DAY. I HAVE "CHATTED" AND BEGGED YOU TO STOP.AS SOON AS DELETE THESE EMAILS, THEY POP RIGHT BACK UP. THEN YOU POP UP THAT YOU WILL CARRY OUT UPDATES. ANDEVERY TIME YOUR UPDATES ARE COMPLETE, MY PC EITHER FREEZES OR IS VERY SLOW. DO MICROSOFT DO THIS ON PURPOUSE ????IF SO STOP, STOP, STOP, IF NOT THEN MICROSOFT IS OUT DATED AND NEEDS AN UPDATE ITSELF. AWAIT YOUR COMMENTS.

    Was windows 10 designed to slow up pc's deliberately or not?

    I've had nothing but problems ever since I 'upgraded' to 10. Why is microsoft, and I've deliberately ignored the capital, unable to correct the ongoing problems with windows 10? Surely it must be an embarrassment to them by now.

    I'm a very basic user of the internet and think its time to switch to Apple. There seam to be far fewer problems with Apple than windows.

    The next time I change my pc it will almost certainly be an Apple.

    PC slow and not responding

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

    The download speeds might be slow since many users are upgrading to Windows 10 now. If the download is very slow in your PC, then you have the option of downloading the Windows 10 ISO file and performing a upgrade. You can follow the steps suggested in this
    article:

    Note: Follow the steps suggested under the section 'If you chose to create a installation media' and not the clean installation method to be eligible for the free upgrade.
