Windows 10: Microsoft Designer Image Creator "We're getting a lot of visitors right now" pop-up problem

So I've recently encountered this problem on microsoft designer where after I generate a couple of images in their image creator, I get the pop-up "We're getting a lot of visitors right now". Before, I would also get these type of pop-ups after generating a couple of images. However, now, it seems to take FOREVER before the pop-up disappears and not just that, if I'm given the ability to generate images again, it only lets me make ONE TRY before the pop-up message appears again. Anyone who has gotten this problem too? And have you guys tried anything to resolve this?

Only found this programme today after reccomendations from friend yet keep getting message lot of visitors right now, if I uninstall and lot on again it will let me create one image and then it's back to same message in 6 hours it's met me on probably 4 times yet it can't be that busy as friend is using it no issues so why do I keep getting that yellow box message
