Windows 10: Microsoft Designer Pro

I worked with Microsoft Designer for months without problems. Suddenly it stopped today completely with the message - It looks like Microsoft Designer is unavailable for this account - what that mean? I subscribed to Microsoft Designer Pro and there is the same problem. Followed the tips for a solution like emptying the cache, closing everything , shut down the PC. Start again and everything is still the same. It's very annoying. Maybe somebody knows what to do?

Designer Mouse Not Working

We understand that your Microsoft designer mouse is working on other devices but not on your Windows 10 PC. This can be an issue with an outdated mouse driver. As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you update the device driver. Here's how:

Microsoft Designer Keyboard issues on Windows 10

Just bought the Microsoft Designer Keyboard and Mouse today, and i'm already having the exact same issues as everyone above:

- No shortcut keys (volume, play/pause, etc..);

- Every time i press one of the shortcut keys, the keyboard constantly freezes and then displays the last 15 characters pressed;

I've done all the steps suggested and everything is still not working.

If i don't solve this issue until the end of this week i'm returning my Microsoft Designer back.
