new features 'completed' no details given: sd storage of apps and storage clean up

I didn't realise how hostile it was. Apologies.



it probably comes from the many issues I've had with this phone and lack of support.



anyway the reason i posted here was to see if any end users could support me in my search for information.



the 'other' related one is actually about getting someway to clean up these folders. This has not happened. Though an update this amber one might stop the folder growing i dont know again there is very little explanation. Do you guys know. And what are we
to do about that folder in the mean time? (i cant reset my phone because it wont sync unless i turn off text back up but that's another issue being dealt with elsewhere -3months and counting i think)



as for the sd card related one if its not done yet and waiting another update it shouldn't be marked as completed right?

these two topics requesting sd storage for apps and some way to clean up phone storage have been closed as completed. But the copied and pasted template answer doesn't tell us how!!!

many of us have already searched for an answer and found nothing. There is no way to do what they say they have done for us!!!

so its seems Microsoft not only ignore their 'support forum' but also 'complete' tasks without doing so just to meet some stats somewhere.

if Microsoft actually read this my suggestion is a link at least to a 'how to use this new feature' when you close a suggestion.
