Windows 10: Microsoft digital license

I have recently inherited my former roomate' Computer. For the last two weeks I get a prompt stating that my Microsoft digital license will expire soon. Before my friend moved out , he had settled purchasing a license Product key from a KMS Server using a auto discovery.Last week just before Christmas I had another prompt on my Computer stating my digital license is now linked to my Microsoft account.A week later , as of today , I checked my profile at Microsoft under devices and I had no device nor a digital license product key. I have been using this Computer for 6 months now and I do have

Thanks for your suggestion. I solved the problem with my License Key with Belarc Advisor Software. The Digital License code was a numeration that Microsoft Corporation has given to all that have Windows Account specially to those that has free upgraded
to Windows 10. Under the Digital License appears the original code.
