Windows 10: microsoft does not let me download roblox

When i unstalled roblox and try to install I did not see any install button, until this what they told me "Get this app while signed in to your Microsoft account and up to install 10 window devices. This product needs to be installed on your internal hard drive."

It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

Please can you:

• Press Win key & R together,
• Type: wsreset
• Press enter

Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.

Cant download Roblox

I am unable to download the game roblox it just keeps saying downloading but never completes, this is after trying for a couple of hours. Any suggestions
