Windows 10: Microsoft Edge / DUI70.DLL causes Task Manager to crash.

Steps to reproduce:Open the latest Microsoft Edge.Open Task Manager with "performance" or any other than "processes" as default tab.Wait a few seconds.Switch to "processes" tab.After switched to "processes" tab, there's a small change Task Manager will crash 0xC0000005, faulting module: DUI70.DLL.So I decided to use WinDbg and caught the crash into a MiniDump:MiniDump: OneDriveHope you guys will fix bugs of Task Manager, it's very buggy. I encountered more crashes like 0xc0000409 NTDLL.DLL.

DUI70.dll missing

After I have updated to windows 10. I can't open the following:

My documents
My computer
Recycle bin
Control panel
Task manager

I can't even open command prompt as admin. I get this message saying that DUI70.dll is missing try reinstalling this program to fix the problem. I can't even open the install or uninstall program tab. I don't what to do.

 

DUI70.dll is either not designed to~ error please help

i was using my computer just fine and this morning when i start using it, it started to show DUI70 and after that i can't open anything pretty much other than internet. i can't open folders, control panel, windows key doesn't work, i can't delete anything
from the desktop, task manager also doesn't work and command prompt also doesn't work and also its not always DUI70.dll sometimes its d3d9 and other .dll too

I have exactly the same issue. I can't launch the Task Manager, the File Explorer or the Control Panel. The Task manager and File Explorer are complaining about a missing DUI70.DLL, the Control Panel won't show up at all.

I tried ti find e freeware to solve the problem but when I try to launch them from my Downloads, he tells me "The sepcified procedure could note be found. From the Commad Prompt he tells me that I am not authozed to launch the program. I cannat acivat the
Administrator Command Prompt. he tells me the same message then Username2016
