I would suggest you to try restarting Microsoft Edge Browser and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Open task manager right click on Microsoft Edge and go to details click on microsoftedgeCP.exe and click end task
  
• 
  Restart your Computer and check if it helps.

Hello Dr Kufr, *Smile It's normal to see "Your browser is managed by your organization" anytime you have a policy configured for Edge. If you don't want these policies set, then "mandatory" policies are usually saved as values in the registry keys below. Deleting the values inside this key will remove the policy. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge OR HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge Clicking on the listed policies in your screenshot can also provide more details about each one.
