Windows 10: microsoft email hyper link turned off

when someone sends an url in an email blue envelope in taskbar for windows 10 the hyperlink is just black not blue hyperlink .

therefore cannot link to the page unless I high lite, and have google search the net for the message . my other windows 10 PC do not display this problem , but looking into settings can't figure out where to fix.

I suggest you to try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if you are able to access the Hyperlinks through Internet Explorer.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.

• Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
  and select it.
• Click on View all in the left pane.
• Click onInternet Explorer Performance and follow the onscreen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to perform some of the troubleshooting steps from the link below link, Turn off add-ons, Reset Internet Explorer Settings, Open the page in Compatibility View etc. and check if it helps:

If you are using Windows 10 Pro, I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps:

  From the jump menu select Control Panel.

  Select Programs and Features.
  
• 
  On the left side of the panel click on
  Turn Features on or off.
  
• 
  A new window will pop up.
  
• 
  Check Hyper V box and click
  OK.
  

NOTE: Hyper-V will be available only in Windows 10 pro and Enterprise.
