    Microsoft email not working since Frontier became my service provider. They are puzled!


    Since Frontier became my provider for internet and home phone on November 21, I have had no email either in or out. Service man just left. Says it's not their problem.

    Any advice for an 84 year old guy just trying to do a little on my computer?

    Frontier coding

    I cancelled the Frontier ISP service after a five year period of unsatisfactory service. Frontier is not very happy with me. Therefore they would not be to interested in helping me fix my computer. TWC would not know what Frontier has changed, in my opinion,
    in the registry or in the communications settings.

    Is there help for this?

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
