Windows 10: Microsoft Encryption i think

Hello everyone!My problem is that one day I tried to encrypt a file, I thought I could use a password or something to access it. Now, everytime I create a new document, it has the lock icon on it. Of course, I can manually right click on it, go to "File Ownership" and select "Personal" and the lock icon disappears, or I could right click on it, Proprieties, Advanced, and deselect "Encrypt contents to secure data" but i have to manually do that to all of them.I just want to remove this "feature" so that whenever I create a new document, the "lock" icon is gone.Just to mention, the "BitLocker" i

Yes,

That is indeed the way to do it. Please observe the following:

• Turning off the encryption setting does not remove encryption
• Hard resetting your device destroys the only copy of the encryption key, and thus your access to these precious pictures.

I would suggest copying them reguraly, or you can automate this using Microsoft's MyPhone service (free).

For us to be able to isolate your concern why your devices page says it is not encrypted when you've turn on encryption, kindly answer these questions:

• Does this happen before you encrypt the device?
• Which Windows version currently running on your device?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
