Windows 10: Microsoft Ergo Sculpt - Key Response

I have a Microsoft Ergo Sculpt which I've been using for just over a year with no issues.Recently however the left Ctrl key has started to be unresponsive, there doesn't appear to be any physical damage to the keyboard and the batteries have been recently replaced.Are there any troubleshooting steps I can take to:make sure this isn't a software issueclean the keyboard without damaging itIn a related note, what is the expected working life of the sculpt in daily use. It has been my daily driver for over a year and I hope it's not started reaching EoL after a relatively short time. Thanks for an

Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center no longer finds my Sculpt Ergo Desktop in Win 10

The issue that you have encountered is kind of unusual since the hardware still works though it shows undetected from the app. To troubleshoot, we suggest that you follow these steps:

Option 1: Run the Windows App Troubleshooter
and check if it will resolve the issue with Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center.

Option 2: Manually install the latest drivers.

• Open the Device Manager and uninstall the mouse and keyboard drivers.
• Install the latest driver using this link.
• Once you are done, click the Scan for hardware changes icon and check if the issue will still persist.

We'd also like to ask if you have tried uninstalling the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center to test if the Sculpt Ergo Desktop will still work without any issue.

Microsoft Ergo Sculpt Mouse - Scrollwheel not working correctly

I have had this Ergo Sculpt mouse for almost a year now and it has been mostly good, however I have been having serious trouble with the scroll wheel.

Previously, at some point, the scroll wheel stopped working entirely. Installing the Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse suite resolved this - temporarily.

Now I have a problem where scrolling down with the scroll wheel will only scroll down a short, varying length distance, then stops. Further turning of the wheel down does nothing.

Scrolling up however works fine and as expected. As does middle-clicking.

While it's true that manually turning off your Bluetooth mouse saves power, this is not actually necessary Ergo Sculpt Keyboard & Mouse. They will just enter low power state or standby mode when not in use. As for the LED indicator lights on your keyboard,
