Windows 10: microsoft ergonomic keyboard ‎lxm-00001 random keys stops working randomly

I bought a new microsoft ergonomic keyboard ‎lxm-00001 and the problem is that I a typing and all the sudden random keys stop working all the sudden. I have to unplug the wired and plug it again. It is incredible annoying the problem.1 I have updated all the drivers, uninstall it and re-install then, even I have trying in a Fresh version of Windows 11 and same exact problem 2 I have the last version of microsoft mouse and keyboard center, and the same, uninstall it re-installed it, tested it in a fresh version of Windows 11 and nothing. I paid $69 for it, and I regret it badly! Is there anyt

Microsoft ergonomic keyboard key question

I just purchased a Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard (LXM-00001) for use with my iMac.
I can't figure out what the key is between the Ctrl and the Windows logo. It looks like a representation of a page with printing on it, and when I press it when I am in Microsoft word a square comes up. Help?

 

random keyboard keys stop working?

i went out today and everything was fine, i come home and three random keys stopped working, maybe more i havent noticed yet. the three key on the left side of the keyboard not working, the left shift stopped working, and the enter key stopped working, but the one on the numpad works fine. no one was home to use it, nothing spilled on it, i tried it on another computer and same deal. im gonna go buy a new one tomorrow but it makes me sad cause i loved this keyboard lol, microsoft ergonomic 4000. ill probably buy the same exact one if its in stock tomorrow, this one lasted or 4 years about. im just confused why three random keys spread out stopped working at the same time...seems very weird
