Windows 10: Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard LXM-00009 types backslash when pressing the numpad's equal...

Hi,I have a Norwegian keyboard and everything else works fine that I've seen so far but the equals key in the numpad types a backslash instead of an equal sign. How do I change this to what should be the default? All other keys seem to be working normally, and I have already reset the functional keys to default in the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center. I would also like to change the default how it is supposed to be numpad's comma key to return a period when using Excel, but I don't see being able to edit this key option either. Microsoft ergonomic keyboard key question

I just purchased a Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard (LXM-00001) for use with my iMac.
I can't figure out what the key is between the Ctrl and the Windows logo. It looks like a representation of a page with printing on it, and when I press it when I am in Microsoft word a square comes up. Help?
