Hello, I have a microsoft ergonomic mouse that is off white color. It has been working well for the past 6 months, but all of a sudden, the right and left click buttons are not responding. The bluetooth mouse is connect and recognized by the computer. I can see the pointer move when the mouse moves. The scroll wheel works as well, however it just does not respond to clicks. Even the side buttons work. No drivers can be updated as it just shows a generic HID compatible mouse and no driver is available. I've tried to reconnect the mouse using the other two bluetooth settings and nothing w

like you to refer Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse
website and click on Downloads. Install the latest mouse driver for Windows 10.

If issue still persist, then seems that there is a possibility of a mouse hardware issue. We would like you to get in touch with our hardware support team over the phone. You can click on the globe icon


at the bottom left corner to change the locale.

Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse Left Click Button Is Only Working 75% of the Time

I have a very similar problem as what
Rorsacq d'Ardoix described from this link:

I already tried using my other mouse and do a left click and it was fine, so it is obviously a physical issue on the mouse. Like Rorsacq's, only my left mouse button is the problem, the right click is fine as well as the rest of the mouse functionalities.

Did anybody find a solution for this annoying issue?

 

Issues with Surface Ergonomic Keyboard

To isolate the concern, is your computer also freezing when you're not using the new keyboard? This is for us to know if the issue is being caused by the keyboard or a program on your computer.

In the meantime, kindly uninstall the Surface Ergonomic Keyboard drive, and then re-install it. To do this, follow the steps below:

• (Make sure the Surface Ergonomic Keyboard is connected) Right click the Start button.
• Click Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboards.
• Look for the driver of the Surface Ergonomic Keyboard. Right click the Surface Ergonomic Keyboard driver, and the choose,
  Uninstall.
• On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the
  Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
• After deleting the driver, visit this
  link and download the driver software.
• After downloading the driver software, run it to install.
• After installing the driver, restart your computer.
• After restarting, observe if your computer will freeze after waking up the Surface Ergonomic Keyboard.

After performing the steps, kindly share with us the result.
