Windows 10: Microsoft Error Code 0x80090016

HI!

When I open up a document in Microsoft Word, it is not letting me make any changes and says upload blocked. It says I need to sign in to my Microsoft account. When I do, I get a pop up box saying Something went wrong Please try again later with the error code above. What do I need to do to fix this?

Ibtry to type in my code and then says that something went wrong (0x80090016) i cant even get passed sign in page... Tryed f8 and f11 and nothing..

When I try to buy anything at the Microsoft Store, I keep getting error code 0x80090016 .

• Hold down the Shift key while you press the Power icon and select

• In the Windows Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• When your computer restarts, the Startup Settings will display. Select option 4 to
  Enable Safe Mode.
• Sign in to your account while in Safe Mode and see if you're able to log in using your PIN.
• Restart your computer to return to a normal boot.
