Windows 10: Microsoft Family enforcing time limit schedule I did not set...

My Microsoft Family time limits are set on a schedule. For example, my kid can access the computer from 7am - 4pm on Mondays. Each day is different depending on school and extracurricular requirements. We have had this setup for a year now.


Starting two weeks ago Microsoft has been kicking him off at 3:00pm on weekdays. Nothing I have set put this in place. In fact, the only thing tied to 3:00 p.m. is his window to USE Roblox.


I have deleted his entire schedule and rebuilt it. I have deleted the Parent Controls file on his computer and rebooted and re-logged him in. The system still continues to kick him off at 3:00 p.m. I do not know what else to do to fix this.

Family Time - Can I extend time limits without the email?

2. Are you looking for extending the schedule time on child’s account without receiving an email?
   
   

To set screen time limits for your child on Windows 10 device, you may create a schedule and allow the access. By doing that, you can know how much time your child spend with their devices each day.
If you want to give them the full amount of time you’ve scheduled, select
Max
scheduled. However, I would like to let you know that time limit can only be extended through email.


For example, if you’ve allowed screen time from 8 am to 8 pm, they could use their devices that entire time.
