Windows 10: Microsoft family features notification

I keep getting a bunch of notifications for microsoft family features and needing to "Sign in so you don't miss out". I've attached the full notification below.




Not sure why I'm getting these; I don't remember ever signing up for anything related to microsoft family, and, being well above the age of a child, am not sure why I would need to send my parents a request to have more screen time or visit certain apps and sites lmao.


I've looked at the family options in settings, which just redirect me to the microsoft.com/family page, where there are no family groups, and the only option that I'm given is to create a family group.


At this point, the notification pops up every time I log in, and I'm about to delete the C:\Windows\SystemApps\ParentalControls folder, which is where the microsoft family features notifications are coming from.


If there is a real solution to this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Try the steps outlined in the below Microsoft Support article to disable Microsoft Family features:

See if you can remove every member from your family. This should disable notifications and the entire Family feature from your Microsoft account.
